MISSION

Allow guests to explore Switzerland by experiencing the unique magic of Swiss lakes firsthand:  

  • Marvel at the impressive alpine scenery and preserved nature 
  • Feel the character of small, remote Swiss villages 
  • Combine being on the water with stops ashore

GROUPS

We have so far welcomed families, colleagues from work, bachelor party participants, friends & couples. When the group size is larger than the capacity we organise a custom tour with shifts.   

 

SCENIC TOURS

Our half and full-day scenic tours start at the dock. You may book transfers if you would like a pick-up and drop-off if you don't have transportation.

Main pick-up spots are Zurich, Interlaken and Lucerne. The capacity is 4 + skipper. The full-day scenic tours have in common that there is plenty of time for visits & lunch ashore. By default all our tours have a set itinerary but there is flexibility to add an extra stop or extend an anchor stop if requested. 

 

SKIPPER

Our driver/skipper/guide has delivered over 30 Swiss lake discovery tours already. Previously, he skippered 45 feet+ sailboats in the Mediterranean (Croatia, Greece, Turkey) for many years making him very experienced in the boating field. He holds all relevant  licences (including First Aid) and speaks English, German and French. 

In this quote he explains his motivations: "I love Switzerland's nature, in particular its lakes, often unknown and underrated. Now it's time for me to show this beauty to others".  

 

EQUIPMENT

  • Land travel:  We use a modern Premium SUV for all transfers & for towing the RIB to the different lakes.. 
  • Water travel: Our boat is a 18 foot rigid hull, inflatable boat (RIB) with a powerful, yet low-emission Mercury outboard engine. It has a capacity of 10, but we will use it only with 5 passengers in total for optimal guest comfort. It is trailerable so it can be pulled behind the car to bring it to the lakes we visit. Onboard, there is enough storage for guest belongings, and it is equipped with GPS/handheld radio/sound system/Turboswing. 
  • Water sports equipment: We use the following: Jobe Kneeboard, Jobe tube for 1 person, RRD Surfboard (5'10), a Brunotti Wakeboard 142x40 & Hyperlite open-toe binding for shoe size 38-45.
